How TaDa Delivery increasedĀ App Installs by 127% while reducing CPI by 48% using ACA and A/B Testing

TaDa Drink Delivery is a digital platform in Ecuador that sends cold drinks to your home, quickly and at a magical price. In August 2023, they worked with the Wbl team to outperform on their App Install KPIs.

What we wanted to achieve

    Increase number of App Installs and eventually New Customers while lowering the CPI and CPA, within 18+ adults in Ecuador who are interested in sports and alcoholic beverages.

How we did it?

The teams wanted to test the performance of Wise.blueā€™s unique solution, Automated Catalog Ads Vs the performance of regular ads while keeping the audience the same.

In the A/B test used, the audience was automatically split, giving the client proper results. Along with the Wise.blue team, Automated Catalogue Ads were launched quickly and automatically using TaDaā€™s product catalogue.

The client generated insightful results for future campaign improvements, and at the same time saved a lot of time, as ads were automatically created from the feed that the client is using on other media channels.

Overall, we noticed that ACA ads were outperforming regular ads and the client managed to get significantly more new customers compared to regular ads.Ā 

  • Using Wise.blueā€™s ACA solution, we managed to generate a -26% lower Cost-per-new-customer and at the same time +54% more New Customers compared to regular ads.
  • On the install level, we achieved a -48% lower CPI and +127% higher app installs compared to regular ads
